Purpose

Ultrabake™ Grounding Caps are designed to mask rectangular tabs; they are effective at masking rectangular grounding or earthing tabs on sheet metal items such as computer cases and PCB holders.

How the product is used

The cap is applied by being pushed over the rectangular tab. The cap is removed by being pulled off. The larger sizes of this cap have a tapered opening which allows the coating material to come close to the inside dimensions of the cap.

Dual Purpose - The cap can be used as a plug for small rectangular holes or slots

Identification - The Shercon name is on the cap

Storage conditions

Items should be stored in dry conditions at an ambient temperature of between 55°F (13°C) and 85°F (30°C). It is important to rotate stock and use the product in the order that it is received.
