Ultrabake™ Cord 600°F(315°C)

Purpose:
To cover plain and threaded holes, for the powder coating, E-coating, plating, anodizing and spray painting industries. It will mask off the holes and can be used as a gasket or O-ring type material to mask off grooves.

General Description:
The cord is applied by being pushed into the hole and by being pulled out It can be used as a plug by being inserted into threaded or plain holes. However, on holes we would recommend the UP or SP series of plugs. Cord is provided in coils on a drum.

Recomended for:
Powder coating, E-Coating, Plating, anodizing, spray painting and for gaskets.
